It was surprising that the more the women weighed, the better her mood was. The women who had a low BMI were more prone to depression and anxiety. The truth behind this research was that overweight women had high levels of oestrogen. This is due to the large amount of fatty tissues present in their body. Though proper lifestyle should be maintained for a healthy body but overweight can also be the cause of genetics.

Another myth viral today is that when you are in love you go crazy. This may be often heard and the fact is it’s true. There are many researchers conducted to prove the fact.
